The View from BEA

5 shots from the 2015 edition of Book Expo America at the Javits Center, where Penguin and Random House shared a combined booth for the first time

Every year, Book Expo America calls the publishing industry together for the largest trade event in North America. For the first time, Penguin and Random House are together in a combined exhibit booth on the convention floor. Between the booth itself and its adjoining meeting area, this is the most floor space we have ever taken at a major book-trade show, with an expanded number of meeting and author-signing tables. Befitting the world’s largest trade book publisher, Penguin Random House cannot be missed at BEA, with book lovers, booksellers, librarians, authors, agents, and other publishing professionals mingling and conversing around our booth. Here are some “insider” shots.
