Emma Caruso joined the Random House Publishing Group in 2014, where she collaborated editorially with bestselling authors such as Janelle Brown, Torrey Peters, Caroline Kepnes, Martha Hall Kelly, and more. She moved over to the Dial Press in 2022 to help build the Dial Delights rom-com program. Emma acquired the self-published sensation, Done and Dusted, by Lyla Sage and in 2025, Sage’s Wild and Wrangled, the fourth Rebel Blue Ranch book, and Soul Searching, her Sweetwater Peak debut, both hit #1 on the New York Times bestseller list.

Emma has also edited national bestsellers such Ready or Not and Promise Me Sunshine by Cara Bastone; You, Again and Daddy Issues by Kate Goldbeck; One to Watch and Fang Fiction by Kate Stayman-London; and A Most Agreeable Murder and A Terribly Nasty Business by Julia Seales. She has also published celebrated and debut authors including Rachel Wood, Georgia Clark, Carla Sosenko, Kate Robb, Hannah Sloane, and Nicole Maines.
