Wendy Wong (she/her) is an Editor acquiring a range of commercial and upmarket fiction, including suspense, thrillers, horror, contemporary and historical fiction, romance, and grounded speculative stories. Wendy is drawn to electrifying, emotionally transportive projects—particularly from BIPOC authors—that explore subcultures, millennial issues, diaspora, complex relationship dynamics of all stripes, found family, a sense of adventure or the unknown, and all things food. Her list of authors proudly includes Rachel Louise Driscoll, Erin Crosby Eckstine, Tanya Guerrero, Matthew Norman, Emily Ohanjanians, Amber Oliver, Aisha Saeed, Jennifer Saint, Lenora Woods, and more. She previously worked at Harper before joining Ballantine in 2022.
