The Vegan Stoner Cookbook 2

Introduction

In this second cookbook we explore a soy-free menu with fewer processed foods and a focus on whole, natural ingredients.

Soy-based faux meat products are an easy way to get protein in your diet, but some vegans have a soy allergy or avoid soy for other health reasons. Some people stay away from processed foods altogether, and many meat replacers are highly processed. In addition to more than one hundred soy-free recipes, about fifty of the recipes in this book are also gluten-free.

As always, we created simple, easy-to-make, and accessible recipes for stoned vegans or those looking to cook with fewer animal products and more natural ingredients. Substitute freely and have fun cooking!
