Manuscripts and Agents

How do I submit my manuscript or abstract for publication?
The Random House Group does not accept unsolicited submissions, proposals, manuscripts, illustrations, artwork, or submission queries at this time. If you would like to have your work or manuscript considered for publication by a major book publisher, we recommend that you work with an established literary agent. Each agency has manuscript submission guidelines.

Free / Review Copies

I work for a media outlet and I’m interested in covering a Random House Group book. How can I request a review copy?
Requests for Advance Reader’s Editions or books for reviewers or media must be made directly to the appropriate publicity department. You may find contact information here.

I’m an influencer / bookstagrammer interested in covering books on my platform. How can I request a review copy?

How can I contact an author?
Some authors have email addresses, contact forms, or publicity addresses on their personal websites or make themselves available via social media.

How do I find author readings, signings, or speaking events?
