Springtime is here! Springtime is here!
Snowstorms are gone and flowers appear.
Bluebirds are singing, church bells are ringing,
roses are blooming, upward they’re zooming.

There isn’t a season as sacred as Spring,
when life comes alive in every dead thing.

So put on your sneakers and run through the yard,
run through the flowers, run very hard.

It’s time to get going, the Spring winds are blowing,
and Greenlee is growing, Greenlee is growing.
