Named in honor of The Hogarth Press, founded in 1917 by Virginia and Leonard Woolf, today’s Hogarth publishes fiction and non-fiction by exceptional writers who are deeply engaged with the world, with an emphasis on new and international perspectives. Our authors have won and been finalists for most major literary prizes including the Booker Prize, the Booker International Prize, the National Book Award, and the National Book Critics Circle Award.
