Rescuing Seneca Crane

Rescuing Seneca Crane

About the Book

Even a trip to Scotland hasn’t done the trick. Lucas is driving Kari crazy with her nonstop talk about her so-called boyfriend. If Edinburgh’s famous arts festival can’t distract Lucas, what will? The answer turns out to be Seneca Crane.

Seneca is the reason they’re in Scotland in the first place. Kari’s mother is interviewing the fifteen-year-old piano prodigy for a magazine story. At first, the two best friends are sure the beautiful and talented Seneca will be too famous to relate to. But when they meet her and her overly protective parents and tutor, Kari and Lucas decide she needs to be rescued from her restricted life. What they don’t realize is that they’ll soon be rescuing Seneca from a situation even more serious—because after her standing ovation at a concert, Seneca disappears!

Armed with a potentially life-threatening clue and suspicious of those close to Seneca, they head for the Highlands to find her.  But will they be in time to save Seneca from danger?
