Ben Greenberg is Vice President, Editor-in-Chief at Random House, where he edits bestselling and award-winning authors including Jia Tolentino, Hanif Abdurraqib, Ali Wong, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Brené Brown, Philipp Dettmer, Emily Nussbaum, Charlie Kaufman, Desus & Mero, Kevin Roose, Benjamin Dreyer, John Lurie, Jon Caramanica, David Milch, Steven Rinella, Bob Odenkirk, Nassim Nicholas Taleb, Jen Spyra, and David Lynch. He acquires broadly in nonfiction, occasionally in fiction, with a particular focus on narrative, memoir, pop culture, journalism, humor, music, and big ideas.

Caitlin McKenna is Editorial Director of fiction at Random House, where she acquires and edits a wide range of fiction and narrative nonfiction. The authors she works with include Kelly Link, Teju Cole, Torrey Peters, Lauren Wilkinson, Warsan Shire, and Sara Nović.

Kate Medina is Executive Vice President, Associate Publisher, Executive Editorial Director at Random House, where she edits nonfiction and fiction. Her nonfiction authors include Katherine Boo, Tom Brokaw, Gail Caldwell, John Dickerson, Jane Fonda, Tracy Kidder, Adrian Nicole LeBlanc, Margaret MacMillan, Jon Meacham, Sandra Day O’Connor, Connie Schultz, Gloria Steinem, Isabel Wilkerson, and Brenda Wineapple. Her fiction authors include Afia Atakora, Elizabeth Berg, Amy Bloom, Ethan Canin, Emma Cline, E. L. Doctorow, David Ebershoff, Fannie Flagg, Alan Furst, Yiyun Li, Anna Quindlen, Dawn Tripp, and Marisha Pessl. Hilary Redmon is a Vice President, Editorial Director of Nonfiction at Random House, where she edits several bestselling and award-winning authors, including Tara Westover, Ed Yong, Merlin Sheldrake, Pamela Colloff, Heidi Schreck, Kate Bowler, Kathryn Schulz, Rachel Swarns, Lauren Redniss, Jennifer Vanderbes, Margalit Fox, Zoe Chance, Kashmir Hill, Ross Andersen, Ferris Jabr, Vann R. Newkirk II, and Jenny Odell. She focuses on all kinds of nonfiction with a particular focus on science, memoir, history, criticism, investigative journalism, and narrative that brings these subjects together in surprising ways.
Jamia Wilson
Jamia Wilson is a Vice President and Executive Editor at Random House. Before joining Random House, Jamia most recently served as Executive Director and Publisher of the Feminist Press at the City University of New York, where she expanded both the scope and the readership of a storied list, achieving greater prominence for the press through books she published that garnered Lambda Literary and PEN Faulkner nominations and Whiting, National Book Critics Circle, and PEN/Diamonstein-Spielvogel awards. She has also worked at Planned Parenthood in Washington, D.C.; as a VP of Programs at Women’s Media Center; as a Prize Storyteller at TED; and as the Executive Director of Women, Action, and Media. As an adjunct professor at John Jay College, Jamia taught interdisciplinary courses focused on gender and racial justice. Jamia worked on both sides of the desk, authoring several books for both adults and children, including Together We Rise and Young, Gifted, and Black. Jamia is passionate about amplifying diverse voices that capture imaginations and inspire empathy, critical thought, and action. She is interested in narrative nonfiction, issue-based nonfiction, memoir, social justice, pop culture, voice-driven stories, and more.

Andrea Walker is Vice President and Executive Editor at Random House, where she edits literary fiction, commercial crossover fiction, narrative nonfiction, mystery, thriller, crime and suspense. Prior to joining Random House, she worked at Penguin Press; Little, Brown; and The New Yorker.

David Ebershoff is Vice President and Editor in Chief of Hogarth and Executive Editor of Random House. He has edited a wide range of fiction and nonfiction, including winners of the Pulitzer Prize in fiction, history, and biography; a National Book Award in fiction; an Oprah Book Club selection; and more than twenty New York Times bestsellers. He’s edited award-winning and bestselling novelists David Mitchell, Adam Johnson, Imbolo Mbue, Gary Shteyngart, Teju Cole, and Norman Mailer; and nonfiction by Academy Award winner Diane Keaton, Nobel Peace Prize winner Shirin Ebadi, Pulitzer Prize winners David Kertzer and Fredrik Logevall, and the legendary Jane Jacobs. Molly Turpin is a Senior Editor at Random House, where her recent publications include All That She Carried by Tiya Miles, which won the 2021 National Book Award for Nonfiction and the PEN/John Kenneth Galbraith Award; Zachary Carter’s The Price of Peace, which was an National Book Critics Circle Award finalist and winner of a Hillman Prize; and Jason Stanley’s acclaimed How Fascism Works. Since first joining Little Random as an Editorial Assistant, her list has grown to include celebrated and award-winning authors such as Kathleen Belew, Sam Bloch, Mona Chalabi, Kathleen DuVal, Dave Hage, Robert Kaplan, Thomas Levenson, Victor Luckerson, Josephine Marcotty, and Julia Sweig. Clio Seraphim is an Editor acquiring books for both the Random House and Dial Press imprints in the literary fiction, memoir, and food space. Among her authors are a range of debut and bestselling writers, including Rachel Joyce, Weike Wang, Ruth Reichl, Diane Zinna, Helen Monks Takhar, Olivia Gatwood, Kate Folk, and Jessie Gaynor. She also works with Olympic runner, actor, and filmmaker Alexi Pappas, private investigator Ellen McGarrahan, pastry chef Claudia Fleming, creator of the Instagram sensation That Cheese Plate, Marissa Mullen, and Michelin starred chef Eric Ripert. In addition to her own list, she has provided editorial assistance and collaboration with bestselling authors such as Salman Rushdie, Gary Shteyngart, Ann Napolitano, and Elizabeth Strout. Clio started her career at WME, where she assisted the global head of the books department and worked with authors such as Min Jin Lee, Meg Wolitzer, Caleb Carr, and Judy Blume.
Marie Pantojan
Marie Pantojan is a Senior Editor at Random House who acquires across a wide range of serious and narrative nonfiction, and literary fiction. Across these categories, she looks for stories that are thoughtful, intellectually engaging, and beautifully told. Before joining the imprint in 2019, Marie worked at Liveright/W. W. Norton & Company, which she joined after nearly five years in academia. At Liveright, she published and edited authors such as Kerri K. Greenidge, Yasmine Seale, Cho Nam-joo, Eric Jay Dolin, among others; and worked with authors including Jill Lepore, Max Boot, Richard Rothstein, Jack Davis, and many more. At Random House, Marie edits writers such as Daphne Palasi Andreades, Karen Cheung, Joy Buolamwini, Judd Apatow, Osita Nwanevu, and Cristina Rivera Garza. She is a mentor with the Representation Matters Mentorship Program.
Noa Shapiro
Noa Shapiro is an Assistant Editor at Random House. She is interested in literary and upmarket fiction that explores identity, community and belonging, class, and gender; idea-driven and narrative nonfiction that challenges the way we approach our lives; memoir that examines a particular subculture; and cultural history, pop culture, and wellness books. Noa is always drawn to projects that center international and diaspora stories; classics and their retellings; and Jewish culture, history, and identity. She has worked with debut and award-winning writers, including Kenan Orhan, Pacifique Irankunda, Jhumpa Lahiri, Yelena Baraz, and Catherine Venable Moore. She has also collaborated editorially on books by Isabel Wilkerson, Emma Cline, Andrea Elliott, Anna Quindlen, and Jon Meacham. A graduate of Barnard College, she now lives on the Upper West Side.
Kaeli Subberwal
Kaeli Subberwal joined Random House as an Editorial Assistant in 2020. She assists Andy Ward and Ben Greenberg, working with authors such as George Saunders, Ben Rhodes, and Hanif Abdurraqib. Kaeli is interested in narrative and journalistic nonfiction, nature and science writing, memoir, essays, and humor. She is seeking out stories that amplify diverse or underrepresented voices, that inspire empathy and curiosity about the natural world, and that surprise readers and challenge them to think more complexly. Topics that she always finds intriguing include the outdoors, music, multiculturalism, science, and investigative journalism with a social justice bent.TK
Miriam Khanukaev
Miriam Khanukaev is an Editorial Assistant at Random House. She has worked alongside authors such as Jenny Odell, Ed Yong, Hafizah Augustus Geter, the Lucas Brothers, Samhita Mukhopadhyay, among others. Miriam is interested in narrative nonfiction and human-centered journalistic deep dives; memoir that dives deep into a particular subculture; nature, climate, and science writing that inspires wonder and urgency; literary and upmarket fiction that explores identity, community, and gender; and works in translation. She is seeking out stories that amplify underrepresented voices and is always intrigued by topics like cultural history, food, nightlife, the built environment, and the culture and politics of the contemporary Middle East and post-Soviet states. Prior to joining Random House, she assisted the Foreign Rights department at Trident Media Group, worked at the New York Public Library, and at Turtle Point Press. A graduate of Oberlin College, Miriam lives in Brooklyn, NY.
Rachel Rokicki
Rachel Rokicki is Vice President, Publishing Director of Backlist and Modern Library. Rachel has worked in publicity for over two decades, beginning her career at Basic Books, then working at The Penguin Press, Crown, and Hogarth where she was the Publicity Director. She has worked on literary fiction and major nonfiction with authors that include Anuk Arudpragasam, Michael Beschloss, Kate Bowler, Bill Bryson, Susan Cain, Mariana Enríquez, Kali Fajardo-Anstine, Sheri Fink, Anthony Marra, Frances Mayes, Imbolo Mbue, Namwali Serpell, Sally Rooney, and Jia Tolentino.
Tom Perry
Tom Perry is Senior Vice President, Deputy Publisher for nonfiction for Random House and Publisher of the Modern Library. He started his career working in publicity, becoming Publicity Director for the Random House Group before moving to the publisher’s office.

Erica Gonzalez is Assistant Publishing Director for Random House, The Dial Press, and Hogarth. She joined Random House in 2016 as part of the editorial team, where she worked on books by bestselling authors such as Gloria Steinem, Jon Meacham, and Julia Baird, among others. House since 2007.
Maria Braeckel
Maria Braeckel is the VP, Director of Publicity for Hogarth, Random House, The Dial Press and the Modern Library. In addition to guiding media and event strategy for the imprints, she has led publicity campaigns for Elizabeth Strout, George Saunders, Téa Obreht, Curtis Sittenfeld, Adam Johnson, Kelly Link, Ibram X. Kendi, Tara Westover, Brené Brown, Hanif Abdurraqib, Charles Duhigg, Kimberly Drew and Jenna Wortham, Gabrielle Hamilton, Lena Dunham, and Ed Catmull, among others. She has been with Random House since 2007.
Windy Dorresteyn
As the VP/Director of Marketing for Random House and Hogarth Books, Windy Dorresteyn plays a leadership role in promotional strategy development and execution, while leading a seasoned bicoastal team of book marketers. Windy began her career in publishing working in the editorial and production side of the business. She subsequently became a well-regarded retail merchandiser, acquiring more than a decade of experience leading business units at high-profile brands such as Old Navy, Walmart.com, and Williams-Sonoma, where she spent four years as the book buyer and Old Navy, Walmart.com, and Williams-Sonoma, where she spent four years as the book buyer and codeveloped a highly successful private-label publishing program. Returning to publishing in 2016, Windy served as the marketing lead for the Clarkson Potter and Ten Speed Press imprints before joining the Random House team in 2022. She has worked on book campaigns for such renowned authors as George Saunders, Patti Smith, Yotam Ottolenghi, Bryant Terry, Sam Sifton, Ina Garten, David Chang, and Jimmy Chin, and organizations/brands including The New York Times, Food52, and the Stanford d.school. Windy is a graduate of UC Berkeley, where she studied English and art history.
